We want you and your little ones to love every order! Please read below for details on returns, refunds, and exchanges.

30-Day Refund Policy

You may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date. To request a refund, contact us at shopcubandcompany@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the request.

No Direct Returns

Due to our shipping and fulfillment process, we are unable to accept physical returns of items. Refund eligibility is based on the conditions below, and you will not need to ship the item back to us.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll issue a full refund or send a replacement.

Change of Mind / Sizing Issues

If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason (wrong size, changed your mind, etc.), contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll review your request for a refund or store credit.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, reach out and we'll look into it with our shipping partner.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 12 hours of purchase, before the order has been processed for shipment. Once processing has begun, we're unable to cancel or modify the order.

Return Shipping

  • For items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping (if a return is needed) and any associated replacement or exchange.
  • For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, if applicable.
  • Please do not send any item back to us without first contacting shopcubandcompany@gmail.com for instructions, as items sent without authorization may not reach the correct location and cannot be refunded.

Hygiene-Related Items

For health and safety reasons, items such as pacifiers, bottles, teething toys, and other items that come into direct contact with a child's mouth or skin are not eligible for refund once opened, regardless of the above.

How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. 

Shipping & Fulfillment Policy

Shipping Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by item and may take 7–14 business days depending on product availability and shipping location. These timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

Multiple Packages

Some orders may be fulfilled by different suppliers and could arrive in separate packages, at different times, with different tracking numbers. This is normal — if you've received part of your order, the rest is likely still on its way.

Shipping Carrier Issues

Once an order has been handed off to a shipping carrier, Cub & Company is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier, but we'll do our best to assist in resolving any issues with the carrier or supplier on your behalf.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, though we'll try to help redirect the order if caught before fulfillment.

International / Customs

Any customs fees, taxes, or import duties are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
