Thank you for shopping with Cub & Company! Please review the information below regarding order processing, shipping times, and delivery.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Times

Because our products are shipped directly from our supplier warehouses, estimated delivery times are 7–15 business days, depending on the item and your location within the United States. These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Multiple Items, Multiple Packages

Some orders contain items fulfilled by different suppliers. If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages, at different times, with separate tracking numbers. This is normal — if part of your order has arrived and the rest hasn't, the remaining item(s) are likely still on the way.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this email.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Order Cancellations & Address Changes

If you need to cancel an order or change your shipping address, please contact us at shopcubandcompany@gmail.com as soon as possible. We can typically accommodate changes within 12 hours of order placement, before the order is sent to our supplier for fulfillment. Once an order has been processed for shipment, we are unable to make changes.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, though we will do our best to assist if the order has not yet shipped.

Delays

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods (e.g., holidays). We appreciate your patience and will do our best to keep you informed if we become aware of a significant delay with your order.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and household members, and contact the shipping carrier directly. If you're unable to locate your package, contact us at shopcubandcompany@gmail.com and we'll work with you and our supplier to find a resolution.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at shopcubandcompany@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. See our [Refund Policy] for more details.
